When will future dates open up?
Dates are automatically made available 3 months into the future. We are currently only taking reservations for Thursday through Sunday evenings.
Is there power & internet access?
There is a power strip for charging devices. Wi-Fi is not available at this time but cell reception is available for most carriers.
Do you allow children?
Due to the nature of the 30 foot ladder, The Pinecone Treehouse is an 18 and over listing. The capacity of the space is 2 adults.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free refunds within 48 hours of booking or until 30 days before arrival. No guaranteed refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
